How long does it take for my order to process?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on a weekend or weekday holiday, the order will be processed the following business day. If a product is on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail.

Yes, you can call 858.900.2970, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm PST.

What method of payments to you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

What are your hours of operations?
We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm PST. Major U.S. holidays excluded.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
